ABOUT US

Novalis Institute offers adult education classes.  Our courses are designed to provide a strong foundation in inner work , ongoing training in the arts, and teacher preparation and development.

Our curriculum is provided by local and national faculty who provide a program of study that balances experiential learning, artistic practice, and intellectual, spiritual and academic study. Our intention is to enhance the educational experience through the vital context of a community that is developed as participants learn together.

All courses are open to the public. For participants who seek Waldorf teacher certification, Novalis Institute offers all the courses typically required as preparation for teacher training coursework. The Foundation Studies program coursework can be completed in two to three years of part time study.
