Susan began her active study of and experience with anthroposophy through Minnesota Foundation Studies (now Novalis Institute) in 2000. She graduated from the LifeWays Childcare and Human Development Training in 2004, and from the Waldorf Collaborative Counseling Program, through Antioch University in 2007. Susan serves as a mentor for LifeWays North America and as a board member for Novalis Institute.

Susan has experienced the gift of Biography classes as components of her trainings, as well as classes taken through Novalis Institute/Minnesota Foundation Studies. She completed the Biography Facilitator Training with Linda Bergh through Novalis Institute and also attended a Biography master class through Arscura School for Living Art, in Toronto, Canada. Susan enjoys bringing Biography concepts and experiences to adults of all ages.

Susan has four children. For sixteen years, she was a parent of students at either the Minnesota or City of Lakes Waldorf schools. For six years, she served as the Little Sprouts teacher (parent and toddler classes) at City of Lakes Waldorf School.

Susan has a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She is currently pursuing Spacial Dynamics Training as well as a Master’s in Education with a Trans-disciplinary Focus on Healing Education from Antioch University New England.
