Reflecting on our lives makes us more alive in the present
In Biography, we work with our own life stories through imaginative artistic and memory exercises for the seven year phases. We chart our lives, and share in an environment of self-reflection and compassionate listening. It is powerful work for understanding our-selves, our children, our family, and our colleagues.

“My experience in Linda Bergh’s [Novalis Institute] Biography class was transformational. My mind, heart, body and spirit were all richly engaged in a balanced and holistic way through Linda’s wise and gentle guidance. I gained many insights by consciously journeying into my past, and from there was able to freely and playfully create a vision for my life.” ~Participant
