Mask-Making Workshop
Join us to explore and create an outward expression of what lies within.
Our biographies are filled with masks we wear for various phases and roles in our lives.
In a playful environment we will create a physical mask of our face using plaster strips. While the plaster dries, we will gather in circle for a short, guided meditation to connect with what is living within us at this time of our lives. We will then decorate our masks and discover what presents to be expressed.
Art materials will be provided, however feel free to bring any personal items- pictures, beads, feathers, etc. that you would like to use for decorating your mask.
